We had low expectations because we had a lack of communication and availability from Highlands Realty and Landmark Realty. Ms. Raines’ service is absolutely exceptional. She’s not pushy. She communicates very well, and she is always available. We landed a home quickly with her assistance, stayed well within budget, and got more land than we ever imagined (hello riding mower) with breathtaking mountain views!
